What to Expect from Online Counselling
A benefit of online therapy is that you can decide the space where you feel more comfortable. You can do your therapy almost anywhere. Some clients go to the beach, sit in their cars, go for a walk, sit in bed, on the couch, or at work. Online counselling provides convenience and a sense of control. Virtual counselling provides a convenience and sense of control that can make it the perfect experience for some clients.
You and your therapist will communicate through a secure server called Owl, via secure messaging, video, or phone. Once you have booked a session you will receive an invitation to log in.
