This is the space, where I will write about various spiritual concepts that I learn about that can help assist in shifts. I am open to many different beliefs as I believe connecting to spirit and our beliefs can be helpful to create a sense of safety and lasting change.  

When we bring in your spirituality in therapy, it allows us to bring in what you value or what is the most meaningful to you. For some our soul’s communication to our human being is essential as is breath.   Bringing spirituality into sessions lets us connect to your values, aligning to spirit, finding meaning, purpose, belonging and hope. 🌿
