Nature can play a helpful role in our wellness. Nature therapy has been called many things such as ecotherapy. Think about when you get into nature and how you feel. You listen to the winds move through the trees. Often, you can feel relaxed and a sense of calm. In sessions, we use nature as a co-facilitator which can bring in metaphors to what you may be experiencing such as change of seasons. We too have our own seasons in our lives.
